Inca Jungle

The Inca Jungle tour is a trail that combines adventure sports like mountain biking, boating, hiking for 4 days to reach Machu Picchu and some of the additional mountains "Old Mountain" or "Huaynapicchu".

Weather

It has in slightly humid, with seasonal rainfall of over 400 mm moderate warm climate. Basically, the temperature of rain is from November to April, the weather is cold temperate, depending on altitude, latitude and time of year and of course with the presence of rain.


History

Inca jungle existed long before, but was rediscovered by Hiram Bingham when he performed his work between 1913 and 1915. The Inca Trail was a pilgrimage route to Machu Picchu used by the Inca.
