Exhilaration Square is the small plaza just a block from the Plaza de Armas . It is quieter and less touristy than the main Plaza de Armas and is a pleasant place to spend a relaxing and sitting on one of the park benches out place.

History
Exhilaration Square I was separated from the Plaza de Armas of Cusco in the colonial era when the city was laid out, so around it are important buildings in the city, one of them is the Municipal building was there.
